The Berkeley History Club invites you to a fun and informative evening of history with fascinating topics presented!
Wednesday July 9th, 7PM.

This Month's Keynote:
The Last Days of Barabbas.
If Barabbas is the same individual as Jesus son of Gamala, as mentioned in the writings of Josephus, then we can know a lot about Barabbas’ post-insurrection life. We will know who he married, what he did with his final years and how he died standing up for principle.
Additional Presentations:
History of the Modern Free City Transit Movement.
A talk which includes a contest offering a Clipper Card as an award.
Heresy and Inquisition in the Middle Ages.
Who were the Cathars? When and why did the Church begin the Inquisition? A talk about faith and dogma.
