Ever feel too busy to attend a traditional meditation retreat? Curious about bringing mindfulness into the flow of your everyday life—beyond the cushion? You’re not alone, and this group is here to help.
A Modern Approach to Mindfulness
We’ve designed a contemporary, online retreat for busy individuals who want to weave mindful awareness into ordinary activities. When we lose ourselves in automatic habits, whether it’s a subtle craving or a full-blown addiction, it often arises from a lack of awareness. By deepening our practice in each moment, we can create more space, clarity, and freedom in our lives.
How It Works:
Morning Intention & Meditation:
We start the day together on Zoom, beginning with a short guided meditation and intention-setting session. This grounding helps align us with the awareness we wish to carry throughout the day.
Mindful Hourly Check-Ins:
After this opening, we go about our usual tasks—working, doing chores, running errands, or resting—but with the intention of practicing mindfulness in every action. At the top of each hour, we pause for a brief 5-minute group meditation to recalibrate our attention and recommit to our intention.
Evening Reflection & Meditation:
At the end of the day, we come together again for a longer meditation followed by group reflection. This is an opportunity to share insights, challenges, and breakthroughs—supporting and inspiring one another to integrate mindful awareness into all aspects of life.
Flexible Participation:
Come for as much or as little as you like. Even if you join for just a portion of the day, the collective energy of this supportive community encourages each of us to remain present, aware, and compassionate toward ourselves.
This is more than just a retreat—it’s a way to transform your everyday routine into a mindful, healing practice. Together, we’ll discover how awareness can illuminate each moment, helping us move beyond addictive patterns and live with greater freedom, clarity, and ease.

- 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Opening Meditation & Intention-Setting
- 8:55 AM: 5-Minute Pause
- 9:55 AM: 20-Minute Pause
- 10:55 AM: 5-Minute Pause
- 11:55 AM: 20-Minute Pause
- 12:55 PM: 5-Minute Pause
- 1:55 PM: 20-Minute Pause
- 2:55 PM: 5-Minute Pause
- 3:55 PM – 4:00 PM: Closing Reflection & Meditation
- By 4:00 PM: Conclude the Day’s Practice
