GIVE YOURSELF TIME & SPACE TO PAUSE & TAKE A BIRDSEYE VIEW OF YOUR LIFE STORY
A day to reflect, share past chapters of your life and gain the insight to navigate and design the next chapter of your life.
This will be a guided journey which includes solo exercises, small group work and meditation.
Theresa and Ruth (facilitators of Conscious Cafe in St Albans), will host and guide the day. Lunch & refreshments provided.
