A 5.2 mile circular walk from The Hemel Hempstead Garden Centre in Pipers Hill which is just off the Leighton Buzzard Road, near Water End. The walk takes across fields to St. Margaret's and the Buddhist Centre. From there, we pick up a familiar route through Nettleden and Frithsden. There is a slight incline to the edge of Potten End before turning downhill towards Crossways Farm. A gradual rise to Highpark Wood to enjoy the views then back to Great Gaddesden. Allow 2.5 hours.

Please use the overflow section of the car park, at the far end as you drive in.
After the walk, we can have some refreshments in the Garden Centre café. The post code for the Garden Centre is HP1 3BY.

Please note that this walk is not led by a qualified leader and, as such, isn't covered by insurance. Be sure to wear suitable boots and clothing. The organiser cannot be held responsible for any injuries, however caused. Members are expected to take responsibility for their own preparation and safety including adequate fluids, weather protection and a snack. Please be sure to make me aware if you have any medical conditions.

Dogs are welcome as always but please be mindful to keep them on leads for roads and around other animals.
