This is an 8 mile walk that should take approx. 3.5 hours.
We leave the library car park & head towards Coombe Hill as usual but take a lower footpath which takes us around the hill to Butler's Cross. We head on a fairly flat shaded path to Buckmoorend where we will stop for coffee/lunch at the farm shop. After lunch we take mainly woodland paths before descending Bacombe Hill and back to Wendover where there is a choice of cafes and pubs to visit.
We meet in the Library car park HP22 6DU in Wendover at 10.30. If you come in from Aston Clinton through Halton and into the High Street, the car park is on the left.
Dogs are welcome as always but please be mindful to keep them on leads for roads and around other animals.
