Sunday Stroll: Radley revisited, 5 miles, easy

Details
This 5-mile circular route takes us from the village of Radley towards Oxford before joining the Thames path.
This walk will be led by Alex.
Please see our website for more information about the group.
Pace: gentle.
Walk details
We're returning to the village of Radley for our Sunday Stroll after flooding back in February caused us to re-route the walk. From the station we set out to the north west skirting the grounds of Radley college towards Oxford.
Just before hitting Kennington we head east in the direction of Sandford Lock, first built in 1631, and join the Thames path back into Radley. In February Sandford Lock and the surrounding area was a few feet under water and completely impassable, lets hope we have better luck in August!
Unfortunately the Bowyer Arms pub will be closed for refurbishment at the time of our visit.
