Walk details
We'll meet outside Bramley station. There is a bakery next door if anyone needs to buy lunch before we start walking. We'll head north out of Bramley, before turning west, and crossing the railway at Clapper’s Farm, heading towards Calleva Atrebatum. We'll pass the 12th century Church of St Mary the Virgin and stop for lunch outside the amphitheatre. After lunch we'll tour the northern edge of the site, including sections of the Roman town wall which are still standing.
