Goring Strikes Back! 10 miles, moderate

We continue our chocolate journey in a village not so far far away (and continue to battle Galactic forces to make our way to Goring over the next 10 miles!)

(To the tune of Star Wars opening theme music).

It is a dark time for the Berkshire Walkers. Although the Henley Chocolate café was a resounding success, our fellow walkers continue to suffer from chocolate deprivation.

Our next quest will start in Cholsey as we make our away along the Agatha Christie Way towards Wallingford, with the stream train line right beside us.

After entering Wallingford, we make our way onto the Ridgeway path which will eventually lead us to Goring and to our second Chocolate café!

For those taking the train, please get the 09:33 from Reading, arriving at Cholsey at 09:48. You will need to buy a return to Cholsey which will also cover the return journey from Goring.

For those driving, parking available at either Goring & Streatley or Cholsey stations where charges apply, or in residential areas (please park considerately).
