Hot Cross Bun Hop – A Good Friday Stroll, 7.5 miles, leisurely

Join us for a cheerful 7.5-mile Good Friday group walk, starting from Winnersh Triangle Station and winding our way through the charming village of Sindlesham and the scenic surroundings of Bearwood Lakes.

We’ll enjoy a mix of quiet lanes, countryside paths, and woodland trails as we stretch our legs and soak up the springtime vibes.

At lunch, we’ll pause for the highlight of the day — a well-deserved hot cross bun break (if you bring some along), the perfect fuel for the home stretch.

This is a relaxed and friendly walk, great for anyone looking to get outside, enjoy good company, and nibble on something sweet. Friends, family, and bunny ears all welcome!

By public transport: Please travel on the 10.39am train from Reading which arrives at Winnersh Triangle for 10.46am. If it is delayed the start of the walk will be as well.

By car: Pay-by-app parking is available at the station.
