Details

Today’s circular walk takes us along some of Oxford’s waterways. Starting at Oxford station, we’ll briefly walk along the road towards the Thames Path, which we turn onto to follow towards Godstow. Here, we’ll cross over the bridge to The Trout Inn, where we plan to have our lunch stop as well as an optional pint for those who want one. After lunch, we’ll walk through Lower Wolvercote towards the Oxford Canal, which we turn onto back towards Oxford City Centre via Jericho and Worcester College. To get back to our starting point, we’ll briefly walk along the same road as earlier to finish the walk back at Oxford station. For those who want a pint at the end of the walk, we’ll be stopping at The Holly Bush, which is a short walk from the station.
