Windsor & Eton circular, 4.2 mile, Leisurely

Today’s circular walk takes us around Windsor and Eton. Starting at Windsor & Eton Central station, we’ll head towards the Thames Path before crossing the bridge into Eton, where we then walk through towards South Meadow. After this, we’ll then head towards Eton College before walking through part of their grounds before walking through Datchet Gold Club. From here, we’ll then cross back over the Thames to rejoin the Thames Path, which you follow back into Windsor and towards the start point.

After the walk, the walk leader will be hosting a social on one of Windsor’ boat trips from Windsor Promenade, where they plan to get the 14:00 departure. The recommended train to get from Reading is the 09:41 GWR service that arrives in Slough at 10:01. This then gives you enough time to get the 10:19 GWR service that arrives at Windsor & Eton Central at 10:25.

DOGS:
Dogs are welcome on this walk as long as they're well behaved.
