ADHD Friends MeetUp #13 🫶

🫶 Important: This event is designed for those who want to embrace the impulsive and unmasked nature of ADHD! There’s no set program—just come as you are and enjoy the space to socialize freely. Whether you’re in the mood for deep conversation or just chilling without pressure, you’re welcome!

Please note: The hosts are also embracing the unmasked, spontaneous nature of the event. We won’t be leading structured activities, but we’ll have conversation prompts available for anyone who wants them. The focus is on providing a flexible, open space for everyone to connect in their own way.

🤍 We’ll be meeting in the back room of The Castle pub. It’s usually a quieter space, though you’ll need to pass through the louder front rooms to get there. The room itself has low stimulation, but do keep in mind there’s a bit of background noise in the pub. Payment can be made with cash or card. There’s also a pool table for 3€/hour if you’d like to play (arrive early if you want to grab a spot!).

🤍 What’s Provided: We’ll have card games and conversation prompts to help get things going. If you have your own ideas or games to bring, feel free to share!

🤍 This meetup is all about organic interaction. You don’t need to follow any agenda—just be yourself and enjoy the spontaneous flow of conversation. Everyone is encouraged to unmask, but it’s totally okay if that feels difficult. The goal is to provide a safe, flexible space for connection.

❤️ RSVP Policy: Please update your RSVP by 10am the morning of the event if you can no longer attend. If you don’t update your status and can’t make it, you’ll be waitlisted for the next event so we can prioritize those who want to join. We’re capping attendance at 35 to avoid overstimulation, and we always have people waiting for a spot. Thanks for helping keep things balanced!
