Threshold Dialogue: Ethical AI, Future of Work & Organizational Philosophy (01)

Details

Join us for a community-driven exploration at the intersection of technology, work, and how we choose to organize life together.

Building on the momentum of our previous sessions, we're opening the space differently this time. Rather than starting with fixed topics, we invite you — participants — to bring your questions, challenges, and insights within three interconnected fields:

  • Ethical AI: From algorithmic bias and transparency to human oversight and value alignment
  • Future of Work: How AI is reshaping careers, skills, workplace dynamics, and economic structures
  • Organizational Philosophy: Reimagining leadership, decision-making, and culture in an AI-integrated world

How the gathering will unfold:

  • We’ll begin by opening the space and setting a shared tone.
  • Participants will offer the questions or themes they feel called to explore.
  • Together, we'll weave these into clusters of conversation or a unified thread.
  • Facilitation from the host will take place only when observed as absolutely necessary. The aimed at norm is a self-regulated gathering.

Whether you're grappling with AI’s ethical implications, curious about how work and identity are evolving, or sensing the need for new organizational models, there is a place for you here.

This is not a lecture. It’s not a debate.

It’s a living inquiry — a collective journey into the unknown — where learning will emerge through the act of gathering itself.

Bring your questions, your wonderings, your provocations — or simply your open mind.

Together, we'll explore what it means to navigate these thresholds thoughtfully, ethically, and imaginatively.
