Our circus association offers weekly Aerial Hoop classes.
Open to every level, from new beginner to experienced aerialists.
Duration is 2 hours.
We work on strengthening body and consciously learning technique, coordination. We combine all through creativity and playful moves. Throughout the classes we build sequences adapted to every level.
Bring sport clothes, preferably leggings and long top (protecting belly and back).
The class has a cost of 17 euro.
Pay on site, no pre-registration needed.
