About us

This group invites you into an open space for practicing Nonviolent Communication (NVC) as a living path of presence, empathy, and authentic relating.

Our gatherings explore how language, emotion, and the body are deeply connected. Alongside core NVC processes, we integrate elements of psychosomatic awareness and meditative insight inspired by non‑dual traditions and Hridaya Yoga.

The group is guided by a facilitator with over 12 years of experience in Hridaya Yoga and inner work. Through years of teaching and practice, she brings a compassionate, grounded approach that bridges heart and body, speech and silence.

Whether you’re new to Nonviolent Communication or wish to deepen your practice, you are warmly welcome. Each session includes guided sharing, body‑based exercises, and moments of stillness. Together, we cultivate inner clarity, authentic expression, and a deeper sense of connection with ourselves and others.
