#### Our workshop "Creative Sunday For Everyone", the cornerstone event of Wellbeing for Everyone, happens once a month! 🎉

During that afternoon, we offer 2 different guided workshops where we do group exercises to get to know each other while being creative. No prior experience is needed, just bring your creativity and an open heart! 🧡

**🎭 Theater Improv: Dive into different characters and explore, who else you can be!**🌟

🌟 In this workshop, we’ll use improv theater and movement to explore patterns, authenticity, and creativity. Through playful exercises and systemic questions, you’ll dive into different characters, reconnect with your body and mind, and uncover new ways of being.

By embracing spontaneity and self-expression, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself while building meaningful connections with others. So, let’s play, move, and rediscover the joy of creative exploration—together!

🎨 Pottery for Everyone: open session!
🏺 In this workshop, clay will be used as a medium to encourage connection and help participants rediscover the joy of tactile exploration and manual creativity.

Through group games and pair activities, you'll have the chance to explore the material freely, creating bonds in a fun and spontaneous way.
The aim is to provide a relaxed space where we can connect, enjoy ourselves, and tap into the simple pleasure of working with our hands.

Just a quick note: this isn’t a pottery class – the objects made won't be fired, and no pottery techniques will be taught.

No experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm and join our community in bringing new creations to life!
