🪾 Spreewald on a bike 🚲 [41KM][Mild 15-18Km/h]

I usually visit Spreewald on hiking trips, but this time I decided to try it on a bike. We meet outside Lübben train station, where we'll follow the stream into the forest and head north until we reach Schlepzig. There we'll have a Biergarten break for a cold drink and a snack before heading west and back south to Lübben.
The trip will be in a moderate pace of 15-18km/h mainly on off-road gravel paths.

🕗 Meeting Time & Place

• Saturday morning at 11:25
• Outside Lübben station
• I'll take the 10:40 RE2 from Berlin Ostkreuz
• Please be on time!
• End time ~ 16:00 depending on our speed. The RE2/RE7 trains depart every half hour so there are many options to get back.

🚲 Route & Pace

• About 41 km total (Route on Komoot)
• Cycling speed: Moderate 15-18 km/h

🎒 What to Bring

• A lot of water + food/snacks to keep your energy up and lunch if you don't want to eat at the Biergarten.
• Your preferred safety gear and emergency kit in case of a flat tier.
• Something against the mosquitos.
• Fully operating, compatible! bike. Please don't join with a Single-speed or BMX bike. It won't be for for you and delay the entire group

📌 Sign-Up Expectations

• Only sign up to the waitlist if you're really planning to come! Be nice to others who want to join.
• I'm manually moving the waitlist to going until reaching the trip limit.
• If your plans change, remove yourself so someone from the waiting list gets a chance
• No-shows and late cancelations (after Friday 12:00 PM) are disrespectful to me and the community and will be tracked & banned from my trips
• If you're not on the going list, don't just show up. You're risking a permanent ban from the Berlin Cycling group!
• If something comes up, message me in the telegram group ... we’ll sort it out
