We create relaxed spaces through dance, movement and shared experiences where you can reconnect with yourself, feel more present, and connect with others. No dance experience is needed — just come as you are.

A welcoming dance session to move, reconnect with your body, explore feminine expression, and meet other women in a relaxed and supportive environment.
We’ll move to an uplifting mix of pop, commercial and dancehall-inspired rhythms, combining guided movement, somatic exercises and a simple choreography. No previous dance experience is needed, the session is about feeling good in your body, expressing yourself freely, enjoying the moment, and feeling comfortable being yourself, without worrying about getting the steps “right”. Most importantly, it’s a space to feel, be present, connect with your body, and feel a sense of belonging.
