Whether you are yearning for a space to let loose on the dance floor with freedom and abandon, or are curious of feelings and the transformative power of dance, there is space for you.
“DANCE NOW” hosts a variety of classes where you can express yourself, connect to your body and to others through movement. There are a variety of themes for the weekly classes and you are always sure to find an eclectic mix of music across genres and styles.

• Why I teach 5Rhythms ®:
I'm insatiably fascinated by the paradox of all things. That with a birth, there is inevitably a death. That within the profane, sacredness breathes. That when I dance, I splinter into a million pieces and discover the wholeness of emptiness.
In the heat of my dance, sometimes I feel a shiver run through my being, like an electric love current from god. Sometimes I dance into the freedom of myself. Other times, I surprise myself with a new movement or an unearthed feeling. Sometimes, it's a seriously good dance that rocks my world.
That's the gift of 5Rhythms. Anything is possible.

Rimbaud’s famous line evokes a question to the belief in a single, determined “self”. Rather, it is an acknowledgement of the fluid self that includes an inner self that is undefined and mysterious.
My Other Sides is an invitation to explore our inner x outer selves with curiosity and a sense of play (openness). We tap into the natural shape shifting nature of play and creativity to explore how these other sides inspire us erotically.
This workshop invites you to give expression to these inner x outer sources of inspiration for 4 days. In dance, touch, play, words, art.
Join us and approach your eroticism as the creative force it is, reaching far beyond a narrow understanding of eroticism as “sex”.
We will offer with a range of methods to support our journey together:

All CLOSER workshops invite us into our sense of aliveness by offering permission to the erotic life force energy that nourishes our unique way of being in this world. Rather than relegating the erotic to a compartment of life or dumbing it down to the sexual, we allow it to breath creativity, openness, integrity and vulnerability.
