This workshop is all about understanding your own boundaries and respecting another's.

• How does a "yes" expand and a "no" contain? How may learn to love the gift of hearing no?
• How may I have the courage to say maybe and listen in the space in between?
• How may I learn to meet my and others' edges and respect my and others' boundaries with grace, abundance and aliveness?

We will use tools of

> Creative acts of expression
> Games and sharing
> Touch and massage (optional nudity, please see FAQ’s)
> Visualizations, drawing and writing

We support curiosity, non-judgement, safety, connection and personal integrity.


• Setting the Space: A grounded beginning to first connect to yourself, your body, the space and your boundaries.
• Starting with the self: We practice opening to an inward gaze before ‘going outward’. We will work with various methods alongside curiosity and non-judgement for you to meet yourself.
• Entering dialogue: We welcome feelings and thoughts, and learn how they influence eroticism.
• Inviting the body: The body plays a key role in our erotic expression, and we create methods to listen to, to express, and to move the sensations within the whole body.

• Up to 4 weeks before the workshop: Refund minus deposit of €100 individuals / €160 couples
• Less than 4 weeks before the workshop: No refund – you are welcome to give your spot to someone else and let us know.
