You’re invited to join us on September 2nd for a culinary dètour at Silencio Supper Club, hosted at CooksConnection in Berlin.
Curated by self-taught enthusiast Arisona Hampl, who blends his Cambodian-American-German heritage and Californian roots with an eclectic global palette, this evening promises a unique interpretation of not-so-French bistro classics.
For this dinner Arisona's Los Angeles-inspired cuisine is taking on good old French comfort food and marinating it with the complexity of Southeast and East Asian flavors. From a lychee-infused Hennessy (grandpa’s favorite), Sake-based Coq Au Vin, or Poached Nashi Pears glorified with touch of caviar & roe, he tries to share a personal narrative with every plate. Expect something nostalgic but different, honest but elevated, intimate and communal.

Menu is 6-courses with an aperitif included. You can bring your own additional drinks to share with the table or indulge all on your own.
