Join our urban-style calisthenics meetup—90 minutes of focused training in one of Berlin’s raw, open-air locations, followed by 90 minutes of relaxed food, drinks, and conversation.

## ​What to Expect

• ​Power-Packed Training 🏋️: A 90-minute guided calisthenics session covering core work, pull & push patterns, and handstand progressions.
• ​All Levels Welcome 🙌: Whether you’re just getting into bodyweight training or working on advanced holds, this session adapts to you.
• ​Protein Refuel 🍗: After the session, we’ll head to a nearby spot for some post-workout bites and drinks (optional, but highly recommended).

​We’ll meet at one of Berlin’s coolest calisthenics spots, which we’ll choose closer to the date based on the weather and crowd levels.

​Join us for a relaxed afternoon by one of Berlin’s nearby lakes. We’ll swim, snack, and soak in the last rays of the weekend with our group of nature lovers.

• ​Swim & Chill 🏊‍♀️: Bring your swimsuit – we’ll spend the afternoon in and around the water.
• ​Scenic Picnic 🧺: We’ll set up a cozy picnic spot, so pack your favorite snacks and drinks.
• ​Nature Break 🌿: Recharge by the lake, away from the city noise.
