Ready to defy gravity, master your body, and connect with fellow movement lovers?
Join our urban-style calisthenics meetup—90 minutes of focused training in one of Berlin’s raw, open-air locations, followed by 90 minutes of relaxed food, drinks, and conversation.
Because building strength is better when you replenish with good people. 😎💪
## What to Expect
- Power-Packed Training 🏋️: A 90-minute guided calisthenics session covering core work, pull & push patterns, and handstand progressions.
- All Levels Welcome 🙌: Whether you’re just getting into bodyweight training or working on advanced holds, this session adapts to you.
- Protein Refuel 🍗: After the session, we’ll head to a nearby spot for some post-workout bites and drinks (optional, but highly recommended).
## When & Where
We’ll meet at one of Berlin’s coolest calisthenics spots, which we’ll choose closer to the date based on the weather and crowd levels.
