What we’re about

This group is for people who like self-improvement, adventure, communication and meeting new people. This meetup group is about creating connections with yourself and with one another. Members can join to challenge and improve their own abilities and social skills. What we do: sit in front of another person, whom you often don’t even know, and look that person in their eyes. That’s all. It’s that simple, yet it can achieve so much. Expect to leave with many new friends and a sense of deep connections with others. The events are free and open to anyone. There are drinks and snacks available and you are free to network and speak with anyone you like. You can find an example of this kind of event here:

Endlich ist es wieder soweit!! Unser nächstes Eye Contact Erlebnis findet statt. Alle Infos: urbanjoy.de/eye

Was:
• Komm zu Deiner Zeit in dem 3-Stunden-Zeitfenster gemütlich vor Ort an | Je früher Du kommst, desto mehr Zeit hast Du, diese wundervolle Praxis zu erforschen
• Gib Deine Spende direkt am Anfang in die entsprechende Spendenschale - dann ist dieser Teil schon erledigt
• Setz Dich auf einen freien DoppelPlatz – entweder direkt zu jemandem oder warte, bis jemand sich zu dir setzt
• Genießt gemeinsam den Blickkontakt für 1-3 Minuten oder länger
• An einem selbstbestimmten Zeitpunkt steht eine/r von Euch auf

• Mach so oft Pausen, wie Du möchtest
• Wer bis 20:00 bleibt kann am Abschlusskreis teilnehmen

The Practice
• Arrive gently at any time within the 3 hours time window on location
• Make your donation directly upon arrival - so this part is directly out of your mind
• Sit down in a free duo spot - either in front of somebody or wait until someone joins you
• Enter in eye contact for 1-3 Minutes or more
• One of you gets up whenever you feel like it
[ Repeat the practice as often as you like]
• Take breaks as often as you like
• At the end there will be a closing circle
