Ihr Lieben,
am 6. Februar öffnen wir für euch den Raum für das nächste Eye Contact Experiment. Hier treten wir bewusst in Kontakt mit uns selbst und den Menschen um uns herum. Nimm teil und beobachte, was es mit dir macht. Zusammen erschaffen wir einen sicheren Ort, an dem jeder willkommen ist.
Der Ablauf ist wie folgt: Der Raum steht zwischen 17:30 und 20:30 Uhr offen. Such dir einen freien Platz und warte, bis sich jemand zu dir setzt. Alternativ kannst du dich direkt zu jemandem dazu setzen. Atme ein, atme aus, ihr schaut euch gegenseitig in die Augen. Der Augenkontakt kann jederzeit unterbrochen werden, d.h. du darfst zu jeder Zeit aufstehen und gehen oder den Partner wechseln.
Es wird die Möglichkeit gegen eure Erfahrungen untereinander auszutauschen.
Zum Abschluss gibt es einen Vortrag von Joe Jung zum Thema Eye Contact, zu dem ihr herzlich eingeladen seid dabei zu sein.
Kostenbeitrag: 5€.

Dear ones,
on February 6th 2024 we open a space for another Eye Contact experiment. Here we get in touch with ourselves and the people around us. You're invited to take part and observe what it does to you. Together we will create a safe place where everyone is welcome.
Procedure: The room is open between 17:30 and 20:30. Find an empty seat and wait for someone to join you. Alternatively, you can find and sit directly with someone. Breathe in, breathe out and you look into each other's eyes ... Eye contact can be interrupted at any time. You can get up and leave or change partners at any time.
There will be also space to discuss your experiences.
At the end of the event you can stay for a talk by Joe Jung about eye contact.
