Bike Tour Strausberg-Buckow-Obersdorf, 35 Kms. or 70 Kms.

Hi people,

The fun bike tours are here again!! Lets start the saison with one of my favourite one: The Märkische Schweiz. Lakes and big forests are waiting for us.

Where?
From Sbahn Hegermühle (Strausberg S5) to Obersdorf along the R1 (Europa-Radweg R1 oder Euro-Route R1).

How much kms?
About 35 kms one way. In Obersdorf there is a nice lake and a train station. We will make a big pause and eat there. The people who have still power can come back with me biking again. The another ones can take the train back to Berlin. (Yes, we will wait with you and let you inside the train, ;).

Wich speed? We wanna got fun. It is not a competition. Lets say about 16 Km/h. For a road bike it is too slow, for another bikes its ok. Also, we used to talk during the ride, someone use to eat, etc...

What do you need?
A bike, one new Inner-tube, Puncture repair Kit and bike pump. Some food, water, clothes for the rain (in Germany it always rains), bathing suit and towel (to swim. It is july, but who knows, ;) ), some money to pay the train, good humor and a big smile.

PLEASE: Bring a bike in a good condition. If your bike had any problem, you can repair it cheap here: Velofit in Kreuzberg (take a look in google). It is also a social project, and yes, they repair your bike and do it fine.

To arrive to Sbahn Hegermühle you need one ABC Ticket for you and one for your bike. If you come back from Obersdorf you need also another ticket for you and your bike.

At what time?
11:30 in the morning in Sbahn Hegermühle. It will take 2 or 3 hours to arrive to Obersdorf.

And if it rains?

Well, it is just water. Bring the right clothes. If you don,t have, buy some. You live in Germany. It always rains, everywhere and anytime.

And if it rains to much?

Well, I wanna all the people to be safe. If it rains too much I will cancel the event.
