Wir radeln zur Vogelbeobachtung / We cycle to bird resting areas

Auf einer Halbtagestour radeln wir um die Märkische Schweiz (ca. 39 km) mit ihren lieblichen Höhen und Seen. Wir werden in Neuhardenberg gegen 17:00 Uhr einen Ranger von der Naturwacht Brandenburg treffen, der uns zu den Rastplätze der Zugvögel führt. Wir wandern von dort aus auf die Altfriedländer Teichanlage und beobachten dort den spektakulären abendlichen Einflug der Gänse und Kraniche. Dazu erhalten wir interessante Informationen rund um Gänse, Kraniche und das Naturwunder Vogelzug.
Anschließend radeln wir zum Bahnhof in Obersdorf, von wo wir den Zug nach Hause nehmen.
Jeder Teilnehmer braucht ein verkehrstüchtiges Rad mit funktionierender Beleuchtung, da wir in die Dämmerung kommen werden.

On a half-day tour, we'll cycle around Märkische Schweiz (approx. 39 km) with its lovely hills and lakes. We'll meet a ranger from the Brandenburg Nature Conservation Agency in Neuhardenberg around 5:00 PM, who will guide us to the migratory bird resting places . From there, we'll hike to the Altfriedländer pond complex and observe the spectacular evening flight of geese and cranes. We'll also receive interesting information about geese, cranes, and the natural wonder of bird migration.
We'll then cycle to the train station in Obersdorf, from where we'll take the train home.
Each participant will need a roadworthy bicycle with working lights, as we'll be arriving at dusk.
