What we’re about

Do you have those tasks you want to do or habits you want to develop, but just dont get started? Then maybe this group is for you.

I would like to create an online accountability group with about 3 to 4 regular participants where we share on a weekly basis what our goals are and how we plan to reach them, and then catch up the week after on how that went. From previous experience, goals can be anything, as long as your willing to really work on them even if its not always easy and willing to support other people in the group achieving their goals. As it says in the name of the group, it is about getting things done.

Proposed Agenda:
(for every step, taking notes in silence, then sharing)

  1. How was last week? What did we get done, what not? Why, what helped us?
  2. What are goals for next week? Describe the top 3 most important goals, use the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time bound) pattern.

  3. Does that really fit into next week? Check your agenda and make room for your goals.
