Cross-Coaching Berlin – gemeinsam besser coachen
Diese Gruppe ist für alle Coaches und angehenden Coaches, die schon erste Erfahrungen gesammelt haben und Lust haben, gemeinsam noch besser zu werden.
Es soll ein Raum sein, um Methoden/Konzepte/Ansätze auszuprobieren, sich ehrlich Feedback zu geben und voneinander zu lernen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Wir treffen uns in Berlin, meistens draußen in einem Park (Friedrichshain oder Wilmersdorf).
- Zu jedem Termin bringe ich 1-2 Coaching-Methoden mit, stelle sie kurz vor und verteile Handouts.
- Danach bilden wir Tandems oder Triaden und schlüpfen abwechselnd in die Rolle des Coaches und der Coachee (ggf. der Beobachterin bei Triaden), um die Methoden direkt auszuprobieren.
- Coachees können die Gelegenheit nutzen, um in ihren eigenen Themen weiterzukommen, wenn die Methode für sie geeignet scheint. Ansonsten darf natürlich auch fiktionalisiert werden.
Die Methoden decken folgende Themen ab:
- Selbstwert
- Entscheidungen
- Beziehungsgestaltung
- Professionalität
- Erwartungen & Konflikte
Die Treffen dauern ca. 90 Minuten.
Bitte beachtet:
Die Gruppe richtet sich ausdrücklich an Leute, die bereits etwas Coaching-Erfahrung haben – egal ob aus einer Ausbildung, dem Job oder irgendwo anders – und Lust haben, gemeinsam zu üben und besser zu werden.
Der Sweat-Spot ist also über "ich finde Coaching interessant, habe aber noch nie was damit zu tun gehabt" und unter "ich bin hauptberuflich Coach:in und habe mehrere Klient:innen die Woche".

In this three-hour interactive workshop, you will have the space to explore these questions in a structured and open way.
Together, we will look at your motivations, expectations, resources, and potential challenges on the path toward a PhD.## What is this workshop about?
You will work on questions such as:
- What draws me to the idea of pursuing a PhD?
- What personal, academic, or professional motivations are shaping my interest?
- How might academic work connect with the way I enjoy thinking, learning, and working?
- What strengths, experiences, and resources could support me on this path?

This meetup is designed for people considering a PhD at any stage of their life.
You do not need to have a finished research topic yet. It is enough if you are genuinely curious about whether a PhD might be right for you.## What to expect

I completed my PhD in Management Sciences in the Netherlands in 2024. Today, I work in IT management consulting and also provide coaching and training for young professionals stepping into leadership roles.
