What we’re about

This is a small, self-organized circle for people in Berlin who want to share, exchange, and simply be – a space to be seen, to be heard, and to feel understood.
Usually, we have a short group meditation in the beginning and everybody gets a moment to share how they’re doing and what’s present for them. We also explore themes like self-exploration, mindfulness and bodywork – drawing inspiration from practices such as Gestalt therapy, Meditation, “Heldenreise”, or somatic approaches.
It’s not formal therapy, but it can feel a little like a gentle, peer-led support circle: a place to bring what’s alive for you, listen deeply to others, and grow together.
