Bitte nur zusagen wenn sie tatsächlich können! please only RSVP if you actually can and will come. Es wäre unfair für die Leuten die sich auf die Warteliste setzen und nicht teilnehmen können, wenn sie zusagen aber nicht kommen und auch nicht bescheid sagen. It would be unfair to people in the waiting list if you RSVP and then you don't show up and also don't cancel in advance. please be mindful of others! bitte denken sie an andere!

Wir treffen uns um 18:30 und das Workshop für Anfänger bzw open level fängt 18:40 an ob alle da sind oder nur 1 Tanzpaar.
We meet at 18:30 and the workshop starts at 18:40 no matter how many are there or not.
Ich werde darauf achten dass die Verhältniss von Leader & Follower ungefähr gleich sind.
I will make sure in the RSVP that there is a good balance between leaders and followers.
Bitte schreib mich in der app wenn du nicht nach geschlechterspezifische Norm tanzen willst, sodass ich weiß dass du follower und nicht leader bist und auch anders rum. Ich werde das bei den RSVP berücksichtigen.
Please let me know by writing me a message in the app beforehand if you are going to dance differently than the gender specific norm so I can take this into account in the RSVP list. For example if your gender specific norm is male & leader, but you want to dance as male or diverse & follower I can plan you in as a follower and not the gender norm "male leading dancer".
Wer mich anschreibt kann entsprechend berücksichtigt werden, wer nicht wird als Gendernormativ behandelt.
The persons who write me can be accommodated for accordingly but those who don't will be treated as their respective gender norm (male lead, female follower). This way the event is inclusive for all genders.
So ist diese Veranstaltung inklusive für alle Geschlechter.
