About us
Welcome to the Berlin MusicTech Meetup. A meetup for all music tech enthusiasts in Berlin.
This Meetup group is meant for those who seek to learn more about how the technology-driven music ecosystem is about to change.
Music technology has shaped the way how we create, distribute, promote, consume, and monetize music. Whether you are a software developer, maker, designer, researcher, artist, or just someone who is interested in how technology can help your music to evolve, you are in the right place.
The Berlin MusicTech Meetup is here to facilitate networking and partnership opportunities. Our events are open to everyone and serve as an opportunity to meet like-minded people in the real world, exchange thoughts and experiences, get inspired by presentations from music tech innovators, and discuss ideas and test prototypes for tomorrow's music ecosystem.
We look forward to having you as a member of our Meetup group. Please feel free to spread the word with other like-minded people.
We only send emails that are event-related.
If you're interested in demoing your prototype or product, please send us a DM.
The Berlin MusicTech Meetup is a not-for-profit event but we look forward to partnering with your brand if you would like to support us. For Sponsorship opportunities please email: info@music-tech.de

SONIC SPRING CONNECTIONS - Berlin Music Tech Meetup #23
The Berlin Music Tech Meetup is back with Meetup 23 on March 23 ;), and this edition hits different.
As Berlin shakes off winter and the city blooms back to life, our creative community gathers again, and this spring, we're opening the doors wider than ever.
This time, we're joining forces with Institut Français and Business France to welcome some of the most innovative companies from the French music tech ecosystem in Berlin as part of their ICC Immersion Germany program.
It is happening on:
Monday, March 23 at 6:00 p.m. CET
FORUM Factory, Besselstraße 13-14, 10969 Berlin
Explore tools that empower artists to build and sustain their careers, and how music companies can leverage new tools that are solving some of the music sector's challenges.
Brilliant minds from the Berlin music tech community and French startups will present their visions for the future of music. Expect fresh tools for music creation and immersive performances, new ways to discover classical music, a solution that finds the missing royalties you should receive as an artist, and a lot more.
Whether you work in the music business, you're a founder, a musician, a developer, or simply someone who loves where music and technology meet, this evening is made for you.

PRESENTATIONS
Get ready for an evening of massive creative immersion!
We will have two inspiring presentations from the Berlin Music Tech Community and five super innovative entrepreneurs from the French music tech ecosystem pitching their startup and solution for the future of music.
The full lineup and more information about each presentation will be released throughout this week. Stay tuned and excited!
Startup 1: Pierre Guinet – Melotick
Pierre will present Melotick. A cultural platform that democratizes access to classical events (opera, concerts, ballets). It simplifies discovery, offers a secure ticket exchange, and organizes exclusive experiences. Its mission is to make classical music more accessible, lively, and easy to enjoy, and to bring together a new generation of audiences in France and Europe.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Presenter 1: Nusha Rubin - Ohr.fm
Nusha will present ohr, a music discovery platform tailored for DJs. Ohr turns tracklists into visual networks – connecting tracks, people, and scenes to make discovery more fluid and credit more visible across club culture and beyond. Founded in Berlin’s club culture, ohr exists to bring visibility to the people behind the music. Because without credit, there’s no connection – and without connection, there’s no discovery.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Startup 2: Guillaume De Lavènere Lussan - Claimy
Guillaume will present Claimy. An artificial intelligence-based solution for automating the detection of music rights exploitation and claiming the associated revenues. Claimy is quite simply the first AI engine for music rights administration, maximizing the value of rights holders' catalogs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Startup 3: Maud Clavier - Zorba Group
Maud will present LidoXR, a solution based on 3D real-time technologies for visuals in video game engines that are audio-reactive & adaptive to any broadcast format, for the live entertainment industry. They produce exclusive visuals for concerts, tours, and events, adaptable to any type of display: screen, multi-screen, dome, immersive projections. They also develop open-source workflows integrating AI to generate and transform live visuals, with precise and fluid control during performances.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Startup 4: Guillaume Descottes - Vialma
Guillume will present VIALMA, a white-label SaaS platform and multimedia streaming service dedicated to Music, Arts & Culture. Through its platform, cultural institutions can build their own branded streaming service dedicated to art and culture. Vialma provides its audio and video technology along with a multimedia catalog of 4 million audio tracks and 6,000 hours of video, pre-licensed for turnkey use.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Presenter 2: tba
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Startup 5: David-Alexandre Chanel - Augmenta
David-Alexandre will present Augmenta, an innovative plug-and-play tracking solution designed to simplify the integration of immersive interactions in a wide range of physical spaces. Their technology transforms any location into a responsive, interactive environment without requiring advanced technical skills or lengthy installation or configuration phases.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
After this intensive input, we all deserve a few drinks. Therefore, we’ll hang out for another 2–3 hours to catch up, have great conversations, and make new connections with the fantastic people from the French Music Tech Ecosystem.
