About us
🌟**Welcome to the Berlin Neurodivergent Community.**🧠
🌈 This is a Neurodivergent community created by Neurodivergent people in Berlin. We welcome individuals who identify as neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, OCD, Sensory Processing Sensitivity/HSP, Tourettes, Intellectual Disabilities, Auditory Processing, Down Syndrome, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia and so on), whether clinically diagnosed or self-identifying.
🤝Our gatherings focus on making friends, having fun, and together creating activities that can be empowering. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated. 🤗
🤝 This community is fully run by neurodivergent volunteers who dedicate their time, energy, and resources to make it happen. Please be kind, share the space mindfully, and take accountability for your actions. We are all neurodivergent individuals with diverse backgrounds, unique experiences, different journeys in knowledge, and various intersectional challenges.🌌
All our events are free, supported by volunteers. Donations are greatly appreciated to help us fund future events! Donation Link: Ko-fi
🗣️ We also have a whatsapp community that welcomes anyone who have attended any offline event and are willing to join.
We have an Instagram account, feel free to follow @berlin_neurodivergent
🛤️ Once again, welcome and enjoy the journey!

So we can be self-accountable for our own comfort.Location: Werkräume inside Humboldt Forum https://maps.app.goo.gl/Jw5totHbQadfsJsE8
The exact area of Werkräume where we cowork will be updated in the pinned comment on the event page, as it is a public space and we cannot reserve a specific spot.
How to find Werkräume:
- If you are starting from the Front Desk:
Find the large escalator behind the front desk. Go up to the 1st floor (one level above ground floor). - If you are starting from the Humboldt Bistro: go to the other building. Find the escalator and go up to the 1st floor (one level above ground floor).
- Final Destination: On the 1st floor, look for the Werkräume sign.
What to expect:
- We usually use Pomodoro method. When you are late and the session has started, just take a seat and start working until break time.
- However, feel free to work with how you are most comfortable with. What's important is, we all become accountability buddies.
✨ Notes:
- This a public place so bring your sensory management tools (earphone, stim toys, etc). We can´t control the environment if there are other groups having their activities.
- The Werkräume can't be reserved so we will all help each other by occupying the seats.
- The place has wifi, locker and toilet.
- The space has power plugs, but only in specific areas. Please ensure your devices are charged before coming.
- Food & drink: there is a Bistro but pricey. Feel free to bring your own. IMPORTANT: No eating in the Werkräume. Use the public visitor seating instead.
- Bring a coin for the locker. Security may ask you to store bags in the lockers outside the Werkräume.
- PLEASE EDIT YOUR RSVP if you can't come. This helps us better manage the coworking session. Your update is much appreciated.
- All organizers are volunteers who are neurodivergent individuals. We ask you to be kind to us and for your support in making the event an enjoyable for everyone.
Till then busy bees!
