The future of the engineering workforce is changing dramatically for small and mid-sized companies. We’ve all seen productivity benefits in lockdown, so nobody is going back to the office full-time - but hybrid working is different, and it isn’t simple.

The labour market is also changing - nearly half of surveyed engineers are planning to change jobs this year, and geographical labour arbitrage is being turned on its head.

This great panel will unpack how a range of companies are approaching the changes. This is a follow-up to the report “10 things CTOs can do to move forward on a journey to a hybrid model” authored by the Neuro team in April.
