Hello everyone,

my name is Alex, and I am a fitness and mental trainer, as well as a neuro-(tennis)-trainer.

My goal with this event is to share my knowledge about how to transform your body and your mind, through physical exercise, diet, breath, and other lifestyle changes.

We will get deeper into how to gain muscle mass, lose body fat, increase mobility and endurance. But also on how to regulate the nervous system, and improve mood and energy.

We are going to talk about diet, mindset, cold and light exposure, and practice exercise and relaxation techniques in oder to see the positive impact it can have on you!
