Talk 1: Democratic Architecture by Stefan Priebsch
When we see architecture as a shared guide rather than a rigid blueprint, we can build systems that are both flexible and robust. This approach also encourages collaboration, where everyone contributes ideas instead of simply following top-down rules. By keeping the core architecture separate from the actual implementation, we can adapt more easily to new requirements and technologies—making sure the system remains useful in the long run and stays aligned with business goals.

Talk 2: Celebrating Community by Anne Seitz
During the relaunch of the bephpug.de website, Anne reflected on our community and learned some valuable insights that she wants to share. The Berlin PHP community has been meeting for over 13 years now - that's a 13-year tradition of knowledge sharing - and we take the time to celebrate all the people who made this happen.
