Pilgrimage Hike: Grunow – Müllrose (18 km) – From Winter to New Life
Details
This pilgrimage hike leads us through the Schlaubetal valley, one of Brandenburg’s most atmospheric and water-rich landscapes, just as spring is beginning. Forests, streams, and quiet paths accompany us as winter slowly loosens its grip and the first signs of new life become visible. As we walk, we reflect on a shared theme: transition, renewal, and gentle new beginnings.

🤔 Why This Hike?
Transitions rarely happen all at once. Often, they begin quietly: with uncertainty, small shifts, or the sense that something new is slowly emerging.
This pilgrimage is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, and reflect on life’s important questions. We’ll walk at a relaxed pace, share thoughts, and take time for moments of silence – about 30 minutes to an hour – to listen to nature and our inner voices.
🔔 What to know & bring
- Wear weather-appropriate, layered clothing and sturdy hiking or walking shoes.
- Bring enough food and water for the whole day.
