About the Talk
Product teams often have pressure to innovate and, in most cases, don't know how to get started. CEOs are responsible for launching MVPs that align with business goals without identifying product market fit. Product teams typically have to accommodate unrealistic stakeholder demands which don't align with the product vision or with any empathy from the customers using it.
If you can relate to some of these, this talk will help you understand how the Design Sprint methodology works and how it can be applied to help solve complex business challenges in a process that's repeatable and cold but condenses months and months of work, into just a few days.
The Design Sprint was created by Jake Knapp, while being a Partner at Google Ventures (GV) in 2016. He wanted to make a process that quickly identified potential investment opportunities without actually investing large sums of money, which was also repeatable. The Design Sprint enables product teams to obtain market data before product teams invest time and money in developing. The process expedites a go or no go just within five days! i.e. to validate and identify if it's even worth making.

About the Speaker
Rob Hamblen created his dream boutique agency called LEAP. after combining rapid innovation frameworks like Enterprise Design Thinking from IBM, as an ex-Creative Director of UX for Interactive Experiences and the Design Sprint from a Product Design Director for the famous agency AJ&Smart in Berlin.
LEAP. works with local Berlin-based companies, as well as Fortune 500 CEOs, stakeholders, senior product teams and founders for them to make products that disrupt and challenge their traditional day-to-day processes.
