Push Hands Practice

Let’s practice push hands! Exercises may include single-hand, double-hand, and freeform routines, depending on who shows up. We will learn about body mechanics, body-mind connection, awareness, balance, coordination, etc.
All levels, martial arts styles, and even non-martial artists are welcome!
Please remember to wear loose comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
Weather permitting.
