Our guest for the evening will be Mira Metz (Head of HR Germany, AUTO 1 Group), who will share her experience of 9 years of recruiting with us.

Mira is currently the Head of HR Germany at AUTO1 Group, one of the rare unicorns of the German startup scene, which has grown from 2 person in 2012 to 4000 employees in 2019 and is still on this growth path. Before, she was leading the recruiting center at Daimler, and in addition to this, she has built the Innovation Lab at MBition (a subsidiary tech company of Daimler) from scratch. 🚘🦄

On April 24th, Mira will answer questions, such as:

► Why does she invests heavily in her employer branding as a key to success in order to build a sustainable recruiting unit?

► How to recruit successfully at a fast growing startup?
