Seiki – A New Year’s Practice of Presence

At the beginning of the year, we warmly invite you to a Seiki practice evening — a space for presence, regeneration and subtle awareness. Together, we will attune ourselves to the new year and explore the spontaneous, inner movements of the body as well as mindful touch.
In this spirit of new beginnings, we will also turn our attention to the breath — especially to the subtle moment at the beginning and end of the exhale, where stillness and spaciousness meet, and the body naturally finds its own balance. Each breath thus opens a small passage, inviting us to enter the new year with clarity, softness, and inner alignment.
This evening is open to anyone who wishes to engage with the depth and presence of this practice, regardless of prior experience.
Please bring comfortable, long clothing that allows you to move freely.
