Social Chess Night Berlin – Beginner Friendly

Join us for a relaxed social chess evening in Berlin.
This event is for people who enjoy chess but do not want a stiff or intimidating club atmosphere. You can join if you are a complete beginner, a casual online player, or already play regularly.

What to expect:

• Friendly casual games
• Beginner-friendly pairings
• A host who helps you find opponents
• No serious tournament pressure
• English and German speakers welcome
• You can come alone — many people do
• Chess boards will be provided where possible
• You can also bring your own board or clock

Basic schedule:
19:00 – Arrival and quick welcome
19:10 – First casual games
19:50 – Short break and opponent switch
20:00 – More games / rematches
20:45 – Free play and social time
21:30 – End of the official event
