What we’re about
Welcome to Spree 'n' Say! We're a new group for organising informal meetups with relaxed people of all languages and nations to get together and practice our new languages. Being here in Berlin, German and English will probably be the most used languages in the group - but we hope to have an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome to communicate with each other however they like.
The organisers ran a similar group a few years ago where we would meet up in a park for picnics and barbeques, make some new friends and practice our language skills. Last time we had a great mix of some German natives and a whole load of interesting people from all over the world.
So, if you're interested in speaking with others, meeting new people and having fun through the lovely Berlin summer join the group.
Once we've got a little membership started we'll organise the first meetup. Probably Saturday or Sunday afternoons but ideas and suggestions are always welcome.
