Join us for Fika Club — a space for creative pause, genuine connection, and a little something different.

Fika is the Swedish tradition of slowing down over coffee and good conversation. I've borrowed my nordic spirit and deepened it.

These gatherings are for people who are curious, a little creatively starved, and looking to meet others who feel the same — especially if you're not a native Berliner and still finding your people.

Each session is a little different. Sometimes we talk with depth about what's alive for us. Sometimes we share creative projects, explore emotional release, or simply sit together and breathe. Occasionally there'll be a mystery element — you won't always know what's coming, and that's the point.

What stays the same: warmth, authenticity, and the sense that you're allowed to show up as you actually are.

We meet once or twice a month in intimate spaces around Berlin. No agenda, no performance — just real people having real conversations and connection.

    Ever felt like your WORTH is valued on what you do or how you look?

    You don’t need to “do it all” or "be put together" to be worthy.
    But your nervous system might still believe you do.

    Who are you when you’re not doing? You’re capable, reliable, high-functioning. Of course you are. Because you pride yourself on being someone that people can count on.

    I know this all too well. I was the boundry-less mother, conflict avoidant wife and the daughter unable to ask for help, because she took on the role of 'fixer' and 'doer'. This made for an under-charging, over-giving business owner / employee because at the root of it all. A woman who wore a mask of confidence but hidden inside was a self worth wound.

    And people think they don't take their wounds into the workplace, but thats exactly what happens. I work with people everyday who have the same problems but can't see it. And it's because of the success, that they can't quite figure out why they feel wired but tired and life has gotten so exhausting and heavy.

    Perhaps a weird discomfort has popped up in recent weeks or months when your brain is briefly quiet… A restlessness. A sense that you should be doing something. Fixing something. Moving. Because if you’re not performing… who are you?

    I've transformed my own life. From the constant rush, never having a minute for myself and resenting everyone for needing me, to being the person who can listen to other peoples problems and not need to fix them. From constantly feeling overwhelmed and behind with work, to working less, earning more and creating a life where self care is built in.

    This workshop is

    A 90-minute somatic + cognitive integration workshop. This is not just insight. And it’s not just emotional release. This is where you understand the pattern, feel it in your body, and learn how to respond differently in real life.

    In this session we’ll

    • Expose your performance identity → Where your sense of self is tied to doing, achieving, or being needed
    • Understand the real cost → How performance blocks intimacy, creates pressure, and disconnects you
    • Work somatically with the nervous system → Release the internal drive to stay “on” to feel safe
    • Practice being without doing → Stay present when you’re not fixing, proving, or producing
    • Install a real-world tool → So you don’t default back into doing the moment discomfort appears
    • The first 30 mins will be explaining how our sense of self worth hides behind patterns... bringing you cognitive awareness, followed be a somatic release session. For this you will need a comfortable place to lie down and will have your eyes closed.

    You’ll leave with

    • A calmer, steadier internal baseline
    • Less pressure to prove, fix, or control
    • More capacity to stay present when you’re not “achieving”
    • A felt sense of worthiness you can return to
    • Become a better boundry setter without the 'will people see me as selfish?' guilt

    Outcome: A sense of greater wholeness… because you are worthy, even when you’re perfectly imperfect.
