RE7 Train direction Dessau that departs from Berlin Charlottenburg at 09,20 AM.
In Dessau: RE13 direction Leipzig that arrives at 11,39 AM
Board at the stations of your choice, but arrive in Leipzig on the RE13 train 🚆

Bring your own food 🍔 and drinks 🥤 to be independent and have what you need during the day.
We’ll take a couple of breaks during the day: probably at the Augustusplatz and later at the Völkerschlachtdenkmal.
We can spontaneously stop to grab a few drinks or some food to go.

Some key points of the beautiful city:

• Pedestrian center
• Marktplatz (the main square) 🏘️
• Altes Rathaus 🏫 with free city's history museum 👑
• Alte Börse
• Löwenbrunnen (old fountain)
• St. Thomas Church (where Bach usually played....) 💒
• Augustusplatz 🏘️
• Völkerschlachtdenkmal (massive 91-meter-tall memorial completed in 1913 to commemorate the centennial of the 1813 Battle of Leipzig)

We come back to Berlin taking the RE13 train at 18,21 🚆

After two and a half years of day trips ☀️ (and some two-day trips 😜), we’ve reached the 100-event milestone 🎉
A HEARTFELT THANK YOU TO EVERYONE ❤️❤️

We’re meeting at the Tiergarten at 1 PM.
Everyone brings whatever food and drinks they like, and we share them while hanging out together 🎉🥳🥙🥤
I don't think we need to bring lots of plastic plates; everyone can bring their own plate and cutlery to help themselves to the shared food 🍽

The exact location 📍 will be shared here in the comments and in the WhatsApp community, but it will likely be in the southwestern part of the park, the one closer to the Tiergarten S-Bahn station.

We will visit one of the most beautiful places in East Germany, making an Hike to reach the Rakotzbrücke 🪵🌉🌲 (Devil Bridge 😱) in Sachsen.

We take the RE2 train at Berlin Ostkreuz at 09,40🚆
We will reach then Cottbus and take a second train.
