• 3:00 pm — Meet and grab coffee and talk about what you want to do
• 3:15 pm — Creative session starts (45 minutes)
• 4:00 pm — 15 minute stretch / chat break starts
• 4:15 pm — Creative session starts (45 minutes)
• 5:00 pm — Wrap up, share what we worked on, and optional feedback
