The focus of this class is to stimulate a better understanding for Asanas. Through mindfulness and balance, you will be able to further your practice with more complex movements. This class may incorporate deeper backbends, hip opening, twists, and forward folds. Modifications and assists are always available. The aim of this practice is to offer a total body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility to improve circulation.
