Welcome to the Bern Checkers Club!
Checkers is a classic board game—similar to chess in some ways, but with simpler rules. Don’t let that fool you though! It still requires strategy and can really make you think a few moves ahead.
Since I couldn’t find any active Checkers groups in Bern—or anywhere in Switzerland—I decided to start one myself.
This group is for anyone who enjoys the game, whether you're a beginner or an experienced player. We’ll meet up to play, share strategies, and have fun.
Language note: I speak English and only a little German, so I kindly ask that we keep communication in English as much as possible.
