Bern Hash House Harriers Run no. 1009

The "Skylark Jungle Safari!" Hash
When: 24th June 2026 @ 18:45; 19:00 Trail start
Where: Hinterkappelen Aumatt Bus Stop
Bags: there will be a Bag Car
Hare: Skylark
Run Type: A to A
On-Inn: TBD
What to bring: money for Hash Cash and restaurant (optional); swimming gear (optional)

Word about the trail:
Skylark is back in action and promises to provide a solid candidate for a year-end award. Trail will include the option to jump in the Aare/Wohlensee to cool off. Make sure to bring whatever you need for that if you wish to go in (change of shorts, swim bag, towel, floaties, rubber ducky, etc.). It's not as fast moving as in the city, but is equally as refreshing.

How to get there:
From Bern Main Station, head to the Postauto Station upstairs and catch the B101 (direction "Schlossmatt") from Stop S at 18:31, getting out at the stop "Aumatt" at 18:49. From there's is a short walk down to the riverside park by the footbridge where we will meet and where the bag car will be. Walk back along the road from where the bus came from and then take a left on the first street (Stägmattsteg). The bag car will be in the lot next to the small park.
