Over 21 days, our online team will guide us through the knowledge of our roots towards deeper levels of meditation. This course is for complete beginners as well as those who already meditate.

Our online team will guide the sessions and interactive breakout rooms in various languages. One on one mentoring is available for those who wish.

About Sahaja Yoga Meditation

Sahaja Yoga Méditation was started by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970. Her unique method enables everyone to receive ‘Self Réalisation’.

Self Realization occurs when the ‘Kundalini’ -a féminine force dormant in the O Sacrum at the base of the spine - is awakened and rises, emerging through the fontanelle on top of our head.
